On the other hand, the emirates pearl is the least project that I like from the various projects that the Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) is implementing. It is a tower in Al-Khalidiya area that matches the development and mostly the outside builds that is from glass. We are living in a country that is suffering from the wind. So, it will be difficult for the cleaners to save the outside view from the dust and complex sand from time to time. It is also easily to break if any thing happens suddenly like, earth-quake.
To conclude, these projects are very costly, but Abu Dhabi government is thinking far ahead of the cost issue. Reputation is where they are heading. There are also many projects will be implemented by the TDIC such as Eastern Mangroves, The Bridgeway and Shangri La Hotel. Saadiyat Island future vision will attract visitors from all over the world.
